The award was given to recognise the partnership between Octopus Ventures and Phase Vision. The Phase Vision product uses unique technology for freeform shape measurement, delivering significant benefits to precision manufacturers. Although the company has been a well-respected consultancy in optical metrology for many years, the investment enabled the rapid expansion of the company’s sales and support groups – setting it on the path to becoming a world leader in metrology.
