Phase Vision is developing industry-leading dimensional metrology solutions for 3D optical shape measurement. Our products are based on state-of-the-art proprietary technology for fringe projection and surface reconstruction.
Unlike first-generation systems based on fringe projection, we have overcome the three major challenges for convenient optical metrology:
- Scalable: Our inspection systems are inherently scalable to enable arbitrarily large objects to be measured with high accuracy.
- 360° measurement: We are able to quickly and conveniently inspect components from multiple viewing directions, eliminating the need for expensive mechanical tools to rotate the part.
- Surface finish: Through a number of advanced optical and numerical techniques, our sensors offer robust measurement performance when inspecting components with shiny and textured surfaces finishes.
