Fringe Projection Systems

Phase Vision's Quartz scanner is one of the most advanced scanners currently available. Compared with older–generation fringe projection or white light scanners, our systems provide far greater immunity to ambient light – or shiny metallic surfaces, or the challenge of dark composite materials. We do this with broadband white light, which eliminates the speckle effects of narrowband sources, and ensures maximum flexibility on different surface types.

Our patented algorithms ensure that when you need to measure challenging surfaces, the Quartz family delivers "best in class" results. Phase Vision aims to eliminate the use of surface preparation in optical measurement. Although our systems are perhaps the most capable available in this regard, we're not there yet, and we continue to strive with
technical and process developments to enhance our capabilities.
